How do I resolve the error "An error occurred while trying to launch infoAdvantage portal. Please contact your System Administrator"?

our infoAdvantage access could be disabled for too many unsuccessful login attempts or because you have transferred agencies and need to be reactivated again.  You will want to contact CORE Help (core.help@state.co.us).
