What do I do if I get an “Uncaught Exception: Null” error on my Solicitation?

This error usually appears after validating a Solicitation that contains a blank line or lines in the “Commodity E-mail Push” section of the Solicitation.

To resolve this error, enter a commodity code in the available blank cell and validate to confirm the error is gone.

You may also delete the line all together by right clicking on it and selecting the “Delete Line” option, then validating to ensure the error is gone.
