How do I troubleshoot errors on a General Accounting document, such as an ITI and ITA? (07/2018)

There are built-in links for most errors that appear on documents. To view the errors, click “View All” at the top of the screen. 

To correct the error, read the error message description carefully, then click the link of the error to launch the section where the error is located. Review the missing/incorrect data or related table/Chart of Accounts (COA) and make necessary changes.  One change may resolve a few errors, so it is important to validate the document after each change. If you are unable to figure out how to correct the error please send an e-mail to core.help@state.co.us.  Please include screen prints of your errors and the full string of the document ID in order for our specialists to review and provide support.
