How do I add a prefix to the ADNT table?

The ADNT table is maintained by the CORE Operations Functional Team.  In order to update a prefix in the ADNT table submit a request to the Core Help desk by emailing core.help@state.co.us.  The request should come from the departmental controller or designee.

Provide the following information:

  • Fiscal year(s)
  • Document Code
  • Department
  • Prefix

 If multiple categories apply, a spreadsheet detailing the data is helpful to ensure that all prefixes are added.  See sample spreadsheet format as illustrated:
