How do I find the Fixed Assets Exception Report?

The Fixed Assets Exception Report is used to review mass depreciation, to ensure that your assets are properly depreciating. Any assets that appear on the report were unable to be depreciated, due to the reason/error listed.

The Fixed Assets Exception Report can be run by logging in to CORE, and first entering "BATJOBS" in the Jump To field.

In the Catalog ID field, enter "5", then select Browse.

Select View Reports from the top job in the list.

Select View Report, either in HTML or as a PDF.

Note: To view the report, you may need to turn off your pop-up blocker. Also, the report may appear in a window behind CORE.

You will want to review the report for any of your assets, and make the appropriate corrections. When reviewing subsequent Fixed Asset Exception Reports, these errors should then be corrected.
