Automated Document Submission (ADS) Materials

The materials below have been provided by the Office of the State Controller and can be used when uploading selected CORE documents when using the ADS screen function in CORE. There are three categories of ADS spreadsheet uploads:  1) those that are for general long-term use; 2) those that will be used only on a temporary basis, and 3) those that are restricted for use by only certain entitites within the State.

How to Do an ADS Upload

1.  Choose the ADS template type that you need from the list below.

2.  Open the Instructions sheet of your chosen template (first tab on bottom of worksheet).  Do NOT make any changes to this            sheet or delete it.

3.  Follow the instructions step by step, being careful not to reformat or rename your sheet.  Also don’t delete any columns, or          the PDI map will not recognize your upload.

4.  Read and follow the general Policies and Procedures information above when you are ready to do your upload.

5.  Consult the troubleshooting guides below if you encounter unexpected problems.
